About us

Building mental and physical strength through community exercise parks

The Problem

While many countries have embraced outdoor exercise facilities, smaller towns across the UK often lack accessible fitness spaces. Commercial gyms remain unaffordable for many, and existing public exercise options are limited, particularly in less affluent areas.

Our Solution

Pull Yourself Up installs durable, low-maintenance calisthenics equipment in underutilised public spaces. Our focus on simple equipment – pull-up bars, dip bars, and parallel bars – means installations are affordable and accessible to people at all fitness levels.

Our Story

We are passionate about exercise and staying fit! Calisthenics allows you to test your limits and achieve self set goals. We also enjoy being out in the fresh air, so doing exercise outside is the perfect combination.
We also understand the battles that some people face day in and day out with mental health. We have found, from personal experience, that exercise is a great method for dealing with different types of mental health problems. So it just makes sense to us that we try and give everyone else the opportunity to feel good! We also are keen to create a space where people feel comfortable to talk and socialise with one another – their are so many benefits to having social interactions. So creating community calisthenic parks in unused areas in small towns was the perfect solution in our minds for this problem!
As well are creating a physical hub where people can gather and train together, our vision is to also create a movement and an impact on battling mental health for the young and old. That’s why we want to share useful resources that we think would benefit others – find this on our resources tab.

This is our setup at home… trying to maximise the usable space in half of a single garage. If only there were some pull up bars and dip bars for the community to use!

Now its your turn…
